The report of the Head of Universal and Infrastructure Services seeks approval for a transfer by lease of Livingstone Play and Community Centre, Birkenhead to Wirral Change, in accordance with the Council’s Community Asset Transfer Policy.

Resolved – That a transfer by lease of the Livingstone Community Centre to Wirral Change be approved and authority be given to complete the necessary legal documentation on the terms set out in the report now submitted.
