9.	Welcome and Apologies Minutes: Cllr Tom Harney introduced the meeting and handed the Chair over to Katie Lawrence.
10.	Minutes of Previous Meeting PDF 51 KB Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 12 July 2011. Minutes: Agreed and no matters arising.
11.	Head of Service Report PDF 119 KB Minutes: Lindsay presented the Head of Service Report. Resolved i) The Head of Service be thanked for her report.
12.	Wirral Play Council Summer Play Schemes Report PDF 102 KB Minutes: Presented by Steve Chan. Resolved i) The Play Council be thanked for their report.
13.	Response Housing Support (presentation) Minutes: A Presentation by Pat Rice, Jo Day and Laura O’Brien was given about Response's Housing Support work with young people. A DVD was also shown displaying young people’s experience of homelessness. Resolved: i) Officers be thanked for their presentation.
14.	Forum Housing Association (presentation) Minutes: Gary Chwalko made a presentation regarding the work of Forum Housing Association. Following the presentation there was some debate regarding the impact of domestic violence on young people's homelessness. Resolved: i) Forum be thanked for their presentation
15.	Birkenhead YMCA (presentation) Minutes: Nigel Hughes, Chief Executive gave a presentation on the YMCA's work with young people. Cllr Meaden remarked on the positive multi-agency provision on Wirral. Resolved: i) YMCA be thanked for their presentation
16.	Youth Service Outreach Update Report PDF 104 KB Minutes: Presented by Caroline Laing, the new model will be introduced November 2011. CllrsMeaden and Clarke thanked the Service for this report and for implementing recommendations from both the Alcohol and Outreach Scrutiny Reviews.
17.	Date of Next Meeting Minutes: There was no other business. Katie Lawrence handed the chair back to Cllr Harney and the meeting closed at 7.25pm Date of Next Meeting 10 January 2012, 5.30 pm at Wallasey Town Hall.
