    The report of the Head of Business Processes requests that Bebington Library is allowed a short period of closure of a maximum of four weeks from 16 June 2014 to allow its refurbishment and the merger of the One Stop Shop into it from Pennant House to be effectively completed while not compromising health and safety for public and staff.
