The purpose of the report of the Assistant Chief Executive is to seek approval to the disposal of land in Royden Road, Overchurch and seek authority to dispose of the freehold interest at auction.

Resolved – That the asset be declared surplus and its disposal by auction on the terms described in the report, be approved.
