The Director of Pensions brought forward a report which provided Members with an update on pooling arrangements in respect of Merseyside Pensions Fund (MPF) and the Northern Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Investment Pool.  Minutes of the previous Northern LGPS Joint Committee meeting were appended to the report for noting.

Members sought clarification on the second phase of GLIL’s strategic partnership with the Bluefield Solar Investment Fund..

Resolved – That the report and the minutes of the Joint Committee meeting be noted.
