Petitions may be presented to the Committee if provided to Democratic and Member Services no later than 12 noon, 2 October 2024 before the meeting, at the discretion of the Mayor. The person presenting the petition will be allowed to address the meeting briefly (not exceeding three minute) to outline the aims of the petition. Council is requested to consider the recommendations from the Constitution and Standards Committee of 1 August 2024 on the revisions to the Constitution in respect of Public Questions and Terms of Reference.

Council is requested to agree to the following recommendation of the Policy and Resources Committee held on 11 September 2024:

That Council be recommended to approve the publication of the External Annual Audit Report 2022/23 and associated appendices.
