CORPORATE PARENTING WORK PROGRAMME 2024-2025 PDF 123 KB Additional documents: Minutes: The Assistant Director: Children and Families introduced the report of Director of Children, Families and Education which provided members of the Corporate Parenting Panel an overview of the proposed work programme for 2024-2025. The work programme was aligned to the Children Looked After and Care Leavers Strategy 2022-2025.
It was reported that the work programme would focus on listening to the voice of children looked after and care leavers and dedicate time to hear their views and would be shaped by their emerging priorities. Members were advised that the work programme would focus on the priorities in the Children Looked After and Care Leavers Strategy 2022-2025.
Resolved – That
(1) the proposed work programme for 2024-2025 attached at appendix 1 be endorsed; and, (2) responsibility for delivering the work programme be delegated to the Corporate Parenting Board, which will meet four times between October 2024 and March 2025.
