The Decision Review Committee is a committee
established by the
Council with powers set out in the 2012 Local
Authorities (Committee
System) (England) Regulations to review or
scrutinise a decision made but
not yet implemented as referred
to above.

Public Questions
Notice for public questions must be put in
writing to the Monitoring Officer no later than midday three
working days before the meeting and should be sent to committeeservices@wirral.gov.uk

Statements
A member of the public may speak on up to two
non-procedural items on any agenda if notice has been given no
later than midday three working days before themeeting. No speech
should exceed three minutes. Please give notice to committeeservices@wirral.gov.uk
Petitions
Petitions may be presented to the Committee.
The person presenting the petition will be allowed to address the
meeting briefly (not exceeding one minute) to outline the aims of
the petition. The Chair will refer the matter to another
appropriate body of the Council within whose terms of reference it
falls without discussion, unless a relevant item appears elsewhere
on the Agenda. Please give notice of petitions to committeeservices@wirral.gov.uk in advance of the
meeting.
