Resolved –

(1)  That the appointment of Jean Stephens to the role of Managing Director of Wirral Evolutions, noting her intention to resign from her current Non-Executive Director role, as from January, 2019, be agreed.

(2)  The succession planning approach for the associate NED role and appointment of Lisa Knight to the role of NED, be approved.
