The report of the Assistant Director: Major Growth Projects and Housing Delivery gives details of an application from the Hoylake Community Planning Forum to be formally re-designated as a statutory Neighbourhood Forum, to enable them to continue to prepare neighbourhood planning proposals, including a statutory Neighbourhood Development Plan, for the Neighbourhood Area shown in Appendix 3 to the report.
