    The report requests and recommends that JSCB approve the award route for the new contract for the Intermediate Care Beds at Clatterbridge Intermediate Care Centre. The contract is requested to be awarded to Wirral Community Health and Care NHS FT using the Most Suitable Provider route under the PSR regulations.
