On 17 July 2024 this Committee agreed (amongst other matters) to convene a member workshop inform future options for Wallasey and Birkenhead Town Halls and review work to date and understand the implications of next steps . A workshop took place in September and this report sets out recommendations having regard to the outcome of that workshop.
