Summary:

The purpose of this report is to advise members of the Committee of the erection of an unauthorised fire escape to 6 Magazine Lane, New Brighton, Wirral. It is recommended that enforcement action should be taken to remove the unauthorised fire escape at the above property.


Recommendation:

That Enforcement action be taken requiring the rear fire escape be permanently removed with the time for compliance being 1 month.

The purpose of this report is to advise members of the Committee of the erection of an unauthorised wooden fence at 2 Hillside Cottages, Red Hill Road, Storeton. It is recommended that enforcement action should be taken to remove the unauthorised wooden fence at the above property.

That Enforcement action be taken requiring the fence be permanently removed - time for compliance being 1 month.

The purpose of this report is to advise members of the Committee of the erection of an unauthorised smoking shelter at the British Legion, Withens Lane, Liscard, Wirral. It is recommended that enforcement action should be taken to remove the unauthorised smoking shelter from the premises.

That Enforcement action be taken requiring the smoking shelter be permanently removed - time for compliance : 1 month.
