Resolved - That, under section 100 (A) (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the remaining item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined by the relevant paragraphs of Part I of Schedule 12A (as amended) to that Act.

The Deputy Chief Executive/ Director of Corporate Services provided the Cabinet with an update on the New Brighton development.

Minute Decision :

Resolved (unanimously): That

(1) in the light of the information set out in the report, the Deputy Chief Executive be authorised to proceed with the finalisation of agreements;

(2) call-in on this matter be waived and the Council be advised accordingly.
