RESOLVED: That

(1)  Councillor Chris Carubia be elected Chair of the Committee for the ensuing Municipal Year  (7 : 0); and

(2)  Councillor Irene Williams be elected Vice-Chair of the Committee for the ensuing Municipal Year (8 : 0)

Councillor Matthew Patrick highlighted the Spotlight on Localism training as part of the training this would look at the dynamitic and how Constituency committees work, neighbourhood working; see how other Councils work may need turning on its head or tweaking the training is for Councillors, Community Reps and Co Optee’s
