Resolved - That the Director of Pensions be authorised to finalise a contract with Emcor of an estimated value of £1,956,000 (should the option to extend be exercised) for a term of 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months for the provision of facilities management services to Merseyside Pension Fund.
