The purpose of this report is to request approval to the proposed sale of the car park adjoining the original Lifeboat Station in Hoylake, in accordance with provisionally agreed terms, set out in an exempt appendix to the report of the Director of Law, HR and Asset Management.

Resolved – That the disposal of the car park adjoining the original Lifeboat Station in Hoylake, in accordance with the provisionally agreed terms set out in the documents now submitted, be approved.
