That the Director of Regeneration and Place has approved that the terms of the lease granted to Merseyside Passenger Transport Executive for land at Woodside Ferry Terminal be amended.

To enable the terms of the existing lease of land at Woodside Ferry Terminal between Wirral Council and Merseyside Passenger Transport Executive (MPTE) to be amended to allow MTPE to sublet part of this land to Wirral Chamber of Commerce for the Woodside Ferry Village attraction.

Refusal of the request would prevent MPTE including the land in the sub lease to Wirral Chamber of Commerce and the main outside viewing area at the first floor level could not be used as part of the refreshment seating area for the visitor attraction at Woodside Ferry Village.
