Purpose:
The report of the Strategic Director – Regeneration and Environment seeks approval for the publication of the Council’s statutory Annual Monitoring Report (AMR), which reports on the impact of land use planning policies and the preparation of local plans and other planning documents during 2012/2013. It also advises that copies of the AMR must be made available for public inspection on the Council’s website by the end of December 2013.

Resolved – That, to enable the Council to meet statutory requirements, the Annual Monitoring Report for 2012/2013 and its accompanying data tables, be approved and placed on the Council’s website for public inspection.
