The report of the Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment sets out proposed revisions to both the Council’s Private Sector Housing and Renewal Assistance Policy (referred to as the Assistance Policy) and associated Environmental Responsibility Policy.

The report also advises members of minor changes made to the Assistance Policy since the last formal review.

Resolved –

(1)  That the revisions to both the Council’s Private Sector Housing and Renewal Assistance Policy and associated Environmental Responsibility Policy be agreed and that their implementation takes place as soon as this decision becomes effective.

(2)  That the minor changes made to the Assistance Policy since the last formal review be noted.
