Minutes:

A report by the Deputy Chief Executive/Director of Finance detailed progress made against the objectives for corporate risk and insurance management and the anticipated developments in the coming months.

 

Members asked if the Council had a proper agreed Risk Management Strategy in place.  The Director reported that an independent consultant had been commissioned in the previous year, to carry out work in this area.  The results of this work would be reported to the next meeting of the Cabinet, seeking its agreement and would then be reported to the next meeting of the Committee.

That the Corporate Risk and Insurance Management report be noted.
