    Minutes:

    A report by the Director of Technical Services informed the Cabinet, pursuant to Contract Procedure Rule 16.1.2 that the contract to refurbish the Dell Underpass had been varied for technical reasons, to ensure the successful delivery of the contract which had by consequence increased the cost of the contract by more than 10% or £50,000.
