Following the adjournment of the Sub-Committee on 11 June, 2012, the Sub-Committee will reconvene to determine the dismissal appeal of a member of the Adult Social Services Department.

The Sub-Committee convened to consider the appeal by an employee in the Adult Social Services Department against the decision of the Head of Personal Support to dismiss him from his current post. The appellant was represented by Mr J Taylor of UNISON.

Resolved - That, having considered carefully all the evidence, the Appeals Sub-Committee upholds the appeal.
