Following the adjournment of the Sub-Committee on 3 July, 2012, the Sub-Committee will reconvene to determine the grievance appeal of a member of the Adult Social Services Department.

Following the adjournment of the Sub-Committee on 5 March, 2012, the Sub-Committee will reconvene to determine the grievance appeal of a member of the Adult Social Services Department.

Further to minute 29 (5/3/12) the Sub-Committee reconvened to consider the grievance appeal of an employee in the Adult Social Services Department. The appellant was represented by Ms Brenda Hall of UNISON and the Department was represented by Mr Rick O’Brien.

Having heard the case put forward by the appellant, but prior to the Departmental response, the Chair then agreed due to it being late in the day, that the Sub-Committee adjourn, it was then -

Resolved – That the Sub-Committee adjourn until Monday 23 July, 2012 at 9.30am.
