Councillor P Davies declared a non-pecuniary interest in agenda Item No. 5 - Local Welfare Assistance Scheme as the report made reference to food banks and he was a Trustee of Wirral Food Bank.  (Minute No. 164 refers.)

Councillor G Davies declared a non-pecuniary interest in agenda Item No. 14 – Child Poverty Budget Option as he was a member of the Birkenhead Foundation Years Trust and its  "Springboard" initiative was referred to in the report.  He left the meeting whilst this item was under consideration.
