A motion was proposed and duly seconded that Councillor Steve Williams be appointed as Chair for the Committee for the duration of the municipal year.
Resolved – That Councillor S Williams be appointed as Chair for this meeting and all future meetings of the Highways and Traffic Representation Panel for the remainder of the municipal year.
