Councillor W Clements declared a non pecuniary interest by virtue of her employment in an Early Years setting and also that she sits on the Advisory Board for West Wirral Children’s Centre.
Councillor T Norbury declared a non pecuniary interest by virtue that his sister is employed at Children’s Services.
