	Due to unforeseen circumstances, the venue for this meeting was inaccessible to vehicles further to roadworks being carried out. Therefore, as the matters for consideration were predominantly vehicle inspections, the scheduled meeting was vacated and considered inquorate. The matters listed for consideration were deferred and will be considered at the next Licensing Panel on 15 September 2023.
