Cllr Harney welcomed everyone to the meeting and apologies were taken.  Tom Introduced Mike Edwards who chaired the meeting.  All in attendance introduced themselves.

Minutes of the meeting held on 13 April 2011

    The minutes were checked for accuracy and no corrections   were needed.

Resolved:

  That the minutes of the previous meeting, held on 13 April 2011,     be accepted as a true record.  There were no matters arising

  Lindsay Davidson presented the Youth & Play Service Report.    Lindsay hi-lighted a number of activities and achievements.

i)  That the Head of Service be thanked for her Report.

Dave Westby introduced the programme.  Liz Hawkins and Holly Smith presented the project to the Committee. 

     Cllr Smith asked is the project focussed in Wirral South.  Dave Westby hi-lighted plans to roll out programme in West Kirkby and Birkenhead becoming more integrated with Youth Hubs.

Caron Drucker introduced Josh Rotherham.  Josh delivered the   presentation.

  i)  The meeting closed at 6.40pm.  The theme for the next   meeting will be Housing and Homelessness

  Due to a clash with Youth Conference & Youth Parliament the   next YAPSAC meeting be re-arranged possibly for Tuesday
