MINUTE 3  Matters Arising

  There were no matters arising.

Minute 4     Head of Service’s Report

Caroline Laing and Steve Chan presented the Head of Service Report and highlighted a number of projects and activities. 

Resolved

i)  The staff involved be thanked for their work and the range of activity being delivered.

Minute 5  Railway Safety

A presentation by Danny McGarry, Vera Corlett and children from Leasowe Adventure Playground. 

  Resolved

i)  Danny, Vera and the children were thanked for their presentation.

Minute 6  ‘Bike It’

  PCSTO Sharon Broderick, Jess Cain and other young people from the Woodchurch estate gave a presentation about the ‘Bike It’ project.

Resolved:

i)  Sharon, Jess and the young people were thanked for their presentation. 

Minute 7  Play Builder Report

Steve Chan presented the report. 

Resolved:

i)  Steve was thanked for his report. 

ii)  Steve is to query whether sound levels at the Theatre are monitored. 

iii)  Caron Drucker and her team be thanked for their work and the excellent facility they have created at Pilgrim Street, Birkenhead.

iv)  Consideration to be given to whether the Theatre can work on a project tackling abuse suffered by individuals with learning difficulties on public transport and report back to Councillors before the next meeting.
