Head of Service Report Minutes: Lindsay Davidson presented the Head of Service Report including outlining the Early Help Offer and prevention principles. Deborah Gornik reported that a Targeted Services Steering group is being developed to progress early help and partnership working.

Wirral Young People's Engagement and Participation Framework - Draft Minutes: Lindsay Davidson presented the draft Young People's Engagement and Participation framework.
Beth McGuinness explained the process for Wirral young people and her involvement in the Youth Voice Group. Deborah Gornik outlined the role of the Youth Engagement Strategic Champions and Youth Engagement Reference Group. The Framework will be launched in Autumn 2014.

Any Other Business Minutes:
Cllr Tony Smith asked if the new 'my ticket' day bus pass was useful for young people. Beth McGuinnes commented that it helps, but it would be also good to consider a weekly/monthly pass.
Beth McGuinnes handed the chair back to Cllr Smith who thanked her for chairing the meeting.
