Allocation of Call-In Notice pdf icon PDF 144 KB

The views of the Scrutiny Programme Board are sought with regard to the allocation of the Call-In Notice in respect of the delegated decision of the Cabinet Member for Corporate Resources dated 16 November 2010, in relation to the disposal of the car park adjoining the original Lifeboat Station in Hoylake. The decision has been called in by Councillors J Hale, G Ellis, G Watt, P Kearney and D McCubbin.

It is entirely a matter for the Board whether it chooses to consider the Call-In itself, or to refer it to one or more of the themed Overview and Scrutiny Committees. Members should note that the call-in should be considered by overview and scrutiny no later than 13 December 2010. In anticipation of the call-in being referred to the Council Excellence Overview and Scrutiny Committee, provisional arrangements are being made for a call-in meeting to be held within the 15 working day deadline.

Minutes:

The Director of Law, HR and Asset Management sought the views of the Scrutiny Programme Board with regard to the allocation of the Call-In Notice in respect of the delegated decision of the Cabinet Member for Corporate Resources dated 16 November 2010, in relation to the disposal of the car park adjoining the original Lifeboat Station in Hoylake. The decision had been called in by Councillors J Hale, G Ellis, G Watt, P Kearney and D McCubbin.
