Councillor Clarke – a personal interest in minute 15 by virtue of her being a governor at The Observatory School.

Councillor PA Smith – a personal interest in minute 20 by virtue of him having a niece who was a teacher at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School.

The meeting of the Sub-Committee held on 23 March, 2010 did not have a quorum. Those members present did discuss the various matters on the agenda, and this meeting has been called in order to ratify their conclusions.

The Sub-Committee was asked to consider the recommendations from the inquorate meeting on 23 March (see minutes 14 to 21 below).
