To consider matters referred to the Council for determination.  The following minutes require confirmation.  The full text of those minutes is attached; copies of the related reports can be provided for Council members on request.

In accordance with Standing Order 7(1), these matters will be taken as approved except in respect of any to which objections or amendments are submitted in accordance with Standing Order 7(2).

In accordance with Standing Order 7(1) a number of matters were submitted for approval by the Council.

Two matters, Cabinet minute 415 (19 March) (Constitutional amendments) and Cabinet minute 471 (23 April) (Overview and Scrutiny Committees), were submitted for approval but were the subject of amendments (see minutes 155 and 157 below).
