Resolved -

(1)  That a generic property company be established called Wirral Holdings Ltd to participate in the Wirral Waters One Scheme and any other alternative property ventures for the Council.

(2)  That the Cabinet Member with portfolio for Jobs and Growth, Councillor Angela Davies and Cabinet Member for Housing and Planning, Councillor George Davies, be appointed as Directors of the company.
