RESOLVED:

That Cabinet recommends to Council that the full premium of 200% be applied to homes that have been empty for 5 years or more as allowed by the Rating (Property in Common Occupation) and Council Tax (Empty Dwellings) Act 2018 from the 1^st April 2020.
