Resolved - That

1)  the tender for the Tower Road – Civilised Streets, submitted by Cambrianway Ltd to Wirral Council on 27 January 2020, be accepted; and

2)  the Award of contract to Cambrianway Ltd, in the sum of £2,681,658 be approved, subject to contract.
