Wirral Council Cuts
We the undersigned petition the council to demand the Tory government stop the ideological and devastating cuts to our community and invest in jobs and people.
The Government's attacks on employed and unemployed people in this country has forced us back in to recession it is clear its not working they now need to abandon this policy and invest in jobs to stop our country being completely destroyed.

Council response
Thank you for your petition regarding Wirral Council Cuts.
The Council's Cabinet considered this petition at its meeting in February 2013, where it also received feedback on a range of budget options proposed by the Chief Executive in November 2012.
Budget decisions related to these options will be made at Budget Council on 5 March 2013.
