    Report of consultation on Settlement Area Policies and approval of a draft Core Strategy for preparation of final statutory appraisals and assessments prior to publication for comments on soundness and submission to the Secretary of State for public examination.  The Core Strategy will replace the strategic policies contained within the Council’s Unitary Development Plan adopted in February 2000 and the Council’s Interim Planning Policy for New Housing development adopted in October 2005.
