Vacant Land and Building Review Reserves
The purpose of the report of the Acting Director of Law, HR and Asset Management is to obtain approval to the reserve sale prices for a number of properties identified for disposal by auction as part of a review of the Council’s vacant land and buildings.
The report contains exempt information which details the auction reserve price, the publication of which could affect the sale price achieved, if known by potential purchasers.
