Social Enterprise Development - Day Services

    On 18 February 2013 Cabinet agreed a recommendation that officers develop proposals to implement a new delivery model for the whole of day services. This decision was ratified at Council on 5 March 2013.  The report will outline an options appraisal for members to consider in order that a model can be agreed on and implemented from April 2014.
