Issue details
Improvement Board Review
The Improvement Board was set up to provide oversight, support and challenge to Wirral’s progress, and it was expected that it would be in place for at least eighteen months. It is now (at the time of issuing this report) 21 months since the Improvement Board first met in February 2012. It was felt to be really important to take the opportunity to review the significant progress made and to give a recommendation on what should be the next steps.
Cabinet are requested to review and comment on the future version of the Improvement Board Review.
