    Approval is sought of the recommendations of the Highways and Traffic Representation Panel held on 21 November 2014, which were endorsed by the Regeneration and Environment Policy and Performance Committee held on 3 December 2014 for the introduction of a residents’ parking scheme in roads to the rear of the Floral Pavilion, New Brighton.
