To seek approval of a new Social Value Policy and supporting guidance and Framework which sets out Wirral Council’s approach to achieving Social Value (through procurement) and offers a way forward for commissioners and procurement officers to use the documentation to consider new thinking and opportunities to deliver Social Value in all that the Council delivers.
