APPROVAL OF BUSINESS CASE AND CONSULTATION APPROACH FOR THE PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF SELECTIVE LICENSING
The purpose of this report is to seek Cabinet
approval for the commencement of a ten week consultation on the
proposal to implement a Selective Licensing scheme for private
landlords in four designated area in the Borough known as :-
• Area 1 – Hamilton Square
• Area 2 – Seacombe St Pauls
• Area 3 – Birkenhead West
• Area 4 - Birkenhead Central
