The Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 requires the Council to have regard to the “Regulators Code.” One requirement of this code is for the Council to publish details of how it undertakes its enforcement duties. This Enforcement Policy covers the work of a number of teams and is being revised and updated. It was last reviewed in 2016.
