Recommends approval of a revised Local
Development Scheme which is a statutory document setting out the
timetable and stages for preparation of the Local Plan for Wirral.
The timetable for the preparation of the Wirral Local Plan has been
revised following a review of Development Options, legal advice and
in response to the Secretary of State’s letter to the Council
in January 2019
