Report seeking approval for the appointment of a contractor under the Environment Agency’s Collaborative Delivery Framework for the construction phase of the West Kirby Flood Alleviation Scheme. The scheme estimate, which is based upon a target cost, is £6m which is funded by Flood Defence Grant in Aid, Environment Agency Local Levy and Council Capital.
