Members are presented with a report requesting agreement to progress to Policy and Resource Committee with a proposal to approve the purchase of a capital asset funded by NHSE monies. The development of this provision will be for for Children and Young People with learning disabilities/Autism and presenting mental health difficulties. The proposal forms part of a wider systems transformation project in collaboration with the CCG.
