Carbon Budgets: 2019/20 Baseline to 2027/28
Following Council instruction to reinstate
Carbon Budget Reporting, this report proposes an emissions baseline
based on 2019/20 and sets annual emissions limits (the Carbon
Budgets) that will enable the Council to reach its goal of being
carbon net zero by 2030.
